IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our shop is now open to customers however due to limited staff numbers and floor space we will begin with reduced shop opening hours Monday to Friday between 11am-2pm, still closed on Saturday. Collection and online orders will continue from 10-6pm as usual.
Our ‘Aladdin’s cave’ is a small space so we ask customers to use the hand sanitiser provided on entering and we can only allow two people in at a time so queuing may be necessary.
We will do our best to help but we would greatly appreciate it if customers could be prepared with a list and not spend more time than necessary in the shop to enable time for others.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible for customers to try out and handle many products in the current circumstances, but we will update our website regularly with any changes to government legislation.
Payment by card at present would be preferred.

MAIL ORDER
We are doing our best to fulfil as many orders as we can but we are operating with a skeleton staff so please bear with us if your order takes slightly longer than usual!

COLLECTION
Customers can now collect orders. You should order one working day in advance.
If ordering online, in the comments section at the end of the checkout procedure write that you wish to collect. Your order will still show a delivery cost but we will remove it before taking payment.

We will contact you and agree a collection date and time so please ensure you include a valid telephone number with your order. Please do not come to collect your order until we contact you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HIGH DEMAND WE MAY BE OUT OF STOCK OF SOME POPULAR ITEMS.
